THE ARMY AND NAVY CLUB IS SMOKE FREE STARTING JANUARY 2, 2007. Due to legislation passed by the District of Columbia City Council, the Army and Navy Club will no longer permit cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking at the Club. All city restaurants, bars and night clubs will also be held to the laws of the recently passed smoking ban.
